Back in November of last year, I introduced all my Savvy Tourist readers to Chipper's Haven. This organization is so close to my heart, along with Pam and all her furry friends that I felt the need to share it with all my new Savvy Cafe readers. I also wanted to let everyone know that I am trying to assist Pam in getting her "non-profit" status so she can obtain more assistance with her mission to save the world's critters. You will see a Tip Jar for Chipper's Haven in my sidebar. All proceeds will be sent to Pam. Thank you in advance for any support you can give.
Chippers Haven
I
have something I absolutely have to share with everyone. A very dear
friend of mine in Orlando (no, it isn't Mickey Mouse) started what I
can only refer to as a sanctuary for Golden Retrievers with special
needs. The things she does for these dogs is beyond amazing. Of course
I am not surprised at all since I have known her for a long time and
would expect no less from her. I think Pam was probably a Golden
Retriever in another life. She is loving, loyal, dependable, unselfish,
forgiving, thoughtful and not to mention blonde, ha ha. She gives her
all to everything she does and I am proud to be her friend.
Chippers Haven
is a special place. I cannot begin to explain the emotion that I feel
when I read Pam's stories and see her photos of all the animals she
loves and cares for. So, please visit Chippers Haven
and share the warmth that Pam provides. She has a list of supplies
posted on her site that she can always use to help her in her ability
to continue her work. Let's see if we can help!!!
Please share any heartwarming animal stories you may have with us here.

God Bless Pam for her work to help Goldens. I will head over to her site and check it out.

Chris-If you visit Pam's site, you will find out that although her mission started with Goldens, she cares for anything with fur, just like us!!
